Bring Your Own Project (BYOP) Night

On the third Tuesday of every month, members of the San Diego JavaScript community get together and work on javascript projects, learn from each other, and generally hang out. Bring your own project (BYOP), your questions, and any ideas you may have!

Food and drinks will be provided courtesy of San Diego Code School.

SanDiegoJS Monthly Meetup

San Diego JavaScript meets the first Tuesday of each month, at ServiceNow or Intuit. This event will take place @Intuit. We typically have a series of short talks and then hang out and socialize.

Speakers:

– Andrew Lisowski, Intuit software engineer, will be speaking on “Taking the stress out of releases with continuous delivery”. Andrew will walk through the reasons you should automate publishing your code using auto, an automated release tool. (30 min)

– Harris Borawski, Intuit software engineer, will speak on “React Hooks.” Harris will share how Functional components are becoming fully featured. Add state, lifecycle code and more to functional components easily, and concisely in React 16.7 (15 minutes)
